On the morning of the 5th of March, the 12th Kuala Lumpur Boys Brigade has assembled again. This is the first meeting after the boot camp. When the voice fall in was heard everybody rushed, not wanting to receive any punishment.
When we had already been in rehat diri position, Captain Koh came down. On that day he gave us a short but meaningful speech on time management. We found it very informative, following his tips, we'll help ourselves on our way to be excellent students.
When we went to chapel on the third floor of block d of Wesley Methodist School in Sentul, Jason and Wei Jian from Form Three were ready to lead us through singspiration. After singing some really wonderful songs, we watched a clip about the horrors of drugs from a drug addict view.
The drug addict, Kevin's life was changed through the belief of that Jesus could do anything. Now he is a gospel singer trying to change lives of other drug addicts. The very meaningful and heart touching story made some of us cry. We learnt that drugs can be bad even if it is only one puff or for one pill.
As the weather was good on that day, we were allowed to play sports. Most of them decided to play football while a minority of them played basketball. After the sweating, tiring but fun sports we grouped in the canteen to eat some food that was from Chinese New Year.
Captain Koh allowed us to drink some canned drinks. Just before leaving, the bb vesper was sung during the closing parade. We did some area cleaning before we all left for home.
